WHAT YOU NEED TO RENEW (QUICK REFERENCE)

Oregon requires 30 hours of CE every two years for all active and inactive licensees. Here's how that breaks down :

Broker and Principal Broker — 2nd Renewal and Beyond (30 hrs)

2-hour Law and Rule Required Course (LARRC) — mandatory

2-hour State and Federal Fair Housing Course — mandatory

26 hours of approved elective topics

Renewal deadline: Licensees must renew by the last day of their birth month.

📋 Important: You Report Your CE to OREA

Once you complete your courses with Simplify CE, you'll receive your certificates promptly. Oregon requires that YOU submit your completion certificates when renewing through the OREA online portal. Simplify CE maintains your records as required, but the submission is your responsibility — and it's a quick and easy process. We'll walk you through exactly how to do it.

STEPS TO RENEW

1.   Complete your 30 CE hours with Simplify CE, online, at your own pace.

2.   Receive your completion certificates from Simplify CE.

3.   Log in to the OREA online portal and submit your renewal application.

4.   Upload your CE certificates and pay your renewal fee.

5.   Done. You're renewed. Go close some sales!
