Other Wisconsin Approved Forms

A comprehensive 1 hour course designed to provide in-depth knowledge and understanding of key real estate forms used in Wisconsin. Our primary goal is for you to gain a clearer insight into how to elaborate and explain these forms. By the end of this course, you will be able to confidently interpret and utilize the WB-44 Counter-Offer, the WB-46 Multiple Counter-Proposal, and the various addenda as per the Wisconsin Administrative Code Chapter REEB 16.
