Renewal Date: Every 2 years on initial licensing date

Hours Required: 22.5

    - 11.5 Mandatory hours
        - 1 hour agency law
        - 2 hours implicit bias 
        - 2 hours cultural competency
        - 3 hours fair housing
        - 2.5 hours ethical business practices
        - 1 hour legal matters
   
     - 11 elective hours

Note: If you are on your first renewal you will need 2 hours of agency law making your totals 12.5 mandatory hours and 10 elective hours
