Currently Simplify CE is not certified to offer real estate courses for CE credit and only offer courses to enhance your real estate knowledge.

Our online professional real estate courses are designed with ease of use and knowledge retention in mind. 

Technical Requirements
Chrome is the recommended browser but as long as you're using the updated version of your preferred browser, you shouldn't have any problems.

Passing Scores
Although assessments are used within the courses as part of the learning process, Our professional courses do not require a specific passing score.

Alabama real estate licensees renewal comes due every even year on September 30th

Continuing Education Requirements
 Alabama real estate licensees require 15 hours of CE credits. Salespersons must complete a 3 hours mandatory course (Risk Management: Initial Contact to Accepted Offerand 12 hours of electives while Brokers must complete the same mandatory course as well as a specific mandatory broker course and 9 hours of elective courses.

Completion Certificates
Although not for state certified credits you still will be given a certificate from our courses for your records.

Reporting Responsibilities
The school is responsible to report your course completions to the states reporting site if you ever finish a course and it is not showing as reported please reach out to your educator to fix the error.

CE Requirements

Total Hours of Continuing Education for Renewal

15 hours of CE every renewal cycle, which includes:

    • Salespersons must complete the mandatory 3-hour CE course entitled Risk Management: Initial Contact to Accepted Offer and 12 hours of elective CE courses.

    • Brokers must complete two mandatory 3-hour CE courses entitled Risk Management: Initial Contact to Accepted Offer and Mandatory Broker CE Course along with 9 hours of elective CE courses.

    A short sale is a transaction in which the lender agrees to accept less than the amount owed by the borrower. This course gives licensees an overview of a short sale transaction as well as tips to managing them. This course is for your own personal knowledge advancement and does NOT count towards continuing education credit.
