School Certification
Currently Simplify CE is not certified to offer real estate courses for CE credit and only offer courses to enhance your real estate knowledge.

Technical Requirements
Chrome is the recommended browser but as long as you're using the updated version of your preferred browser, you shouldn't have any problems.
Passing Scores
Although assessments are used within the courses as part of the learning process, Our professional courses do not require a specific passing score.
License Renewal Dates
Vermont real estate licensees renewal comes due every even numbered year. For a sales person the exact renewal date is May 31st while Brokers come due March 31st
Continuing Education Requirements
Vermont real estate licensees are required to take a total 16 hours of continuing education. This must consist of a mandatory 2 hour course on Vermont Energy Law and another 4 hours of a Vermont core course which topics change by cycle. The remaining 10 hours can be taken as elective courses. For Broker specific CE requirements please see below.
Completion Certificates
Although not for state certified credits you still will be given a certificate from our courses for your records.
