School Certification
Currently Simplify CE is not certified to offer real estate courses for CE credit and only offer courses to enhance your real estate knowledge.

Technical Requirements
Chrome is the recommended browser but as long as you're using the updated version of your preferred browser, you shouldn't have any problems.
Passing Scores
Although assessments are used within the courses as part of the learning process, Our professional courses do not require a specific passing score.
License Renewal Dates
Texas real estate licensees renewal comes due every 2 years based on the date of initial licensure.
Continuing Education Requirements
Texas real estate licensees are required to take 18 total hours of continuing education. This must consist of 11 hours of mandatory courses in the form of 2 separate 4 hour core courses designed by TREC and another 3 hours in a contracts based course. The remaining 7 hours can be take as elective courses.
Completion Certificates
Although not for state certified credits you still will be given a certificate from our courses for your records.
