Renewal Date: March 31st of even years. Continuing education must be completed by December 31st each year.
Hours Required: 12 hours split into 6 each year of the cycle
- 3 hours in a course on real estate law (each year)
- 3 hours of electives (each year)
Notes: A licensee in his first two years is exempt from these requirements. Every 4 years licensees must complete a Kentucky Core Law Course that counts as the 6 hours of that years education requirements.
