Currently Simplify CE is not certified to offer real estate courses for CE credit and only offer courses to enhance your real estate knowledge.

Passing Scores
Although assessments are used within the courses as part of the learning process, Our professional courses do not require a specific passing score.
License Renewal Dates
Alaska real estate licensees renewal comes due every even year on January 31st
Continuing Education Requirements
Alaska real estate licensees need to take 20 total hours of CE, 8 hours being mandatory that cover legal updates, ethical practices, and risk management and 12 hours of elective courses
Completion Certificates
Although not for state certified credits you still will be given a certificate from our courses for your records.
