Passing Scores
Although assessments are used within the courses as part of the learning process, Our professional courses do not require a specific passing score.

Continuing Education Requirements
Alabama real estate licensees require 15 hours of CE credits. Salespersons must complete a 3 hours mandatory course (Risk Management: Initial Contact to Accepted Offer) and 12 hours of electives while Brokers must complete the same mandatory course as well as a specific mandatory broker course and 9 hours of elective courses.
Completion Certificates
Although not for state certified credits you still will be given a certificate from our courses for your records.
Reporting Responsibilities
The school is responsible to report your course completions to the states reporting site if you ever finish a course and it is not showing as reported please reach out to your educator to fix the error.
