Steps to Renew Oregon Real Estate


The Oregon Real Estate Agency has done a fabulous job of simplifying the process for your Real Estate Broker , Principal Broker or Property Manager License renewal, of which there are 3 basic steps.

1. Complete your continuing education (30 hours every 2 years)
- CE requirements for all license types, active and inactive
2. Complete your online renewal application
- Active license renewal step by step instructions
- Oregon Real Estate Agency eLicense login
3. Save your renewal documents (3 yrs from renewal date)
- CE attendance certificates (from provider following course completion)


*OREA audits are performed monthly. If you are selected and do not have proper documentation your license may be subject to disciplinary action.
